Advisement Class- Today is "Reading for Enjoyment!" Have your favorite or current book handy and lets drop everything and read! I will be reading "Cultivating Genius", by Dr. Ghouldy Muhammad. Remember, there are REP points to be earned for being prepared with your own book! Feel free to read the NewsELA article about the African Geography and complete the article analysis form. Choose the Lexile number closest to yours. You can earn extra credit points towards your upcoming quiz or test, your choice! Once you have completed your test, you will watch a video explaining today's STEAM integration: creating a Ndebele inspired art activity. Students who don't earn a score of 80 on their open-notes African Geography Test must complete the remediation Quizizz assignment. You must earn a 100% on the remediation. You may take as many times as is needed in order to achieve 100%. Your original test grade and the Quizizz remediation grade will be averaged, and that average grade will be placed in the grade book, but not to exceed 80%.
